Introducing the new Dior Haute Joaillerie collection by Victoirede Castellane, 'Dior Print', which was unveiled last weekend at the Grand Hotel Timeo, in Taormina, Sicily.
Inspired by prints on fabric, pieces in the collection are adorned with bold patterns in precious stones to emulate the embroideries of a haute couture garment. These kaleidoscopic creations were presented during a cocktail party where Dior Couture looks by Maria Grazia Chiuri offered the perfect canvas for the colorful jewels to find harmony with.
Watch Victoir De Castellane, the creative director of Dior Haute Joaillerie, as she explains the inspiration behind the new 'Dior Print' collection. With the references of iconic Dior prints and motifs over the years, it sparked a curiosity to implement those colorful patterns with stones instead. See how the pieces mimic the elaborate details of Haute Couture requiring the most skilled hands as seen in the necklaces and bracelets made to look like waved ribbons.
