Close up: DAHLIA collection by Krikor Jabotian

In honour of Krikor Jabotian Designs a fresh graduate of École Supérieure des Arts et Techniques de la Mode (ESMOD) in Beirut. This designer began to work his work with the most famous designer Elie Saab.

Close up: Etro FW16

Familiar Etro paisleys found their way onto floor-skimming chiffon gowns and panels on motorcycle jackets and chunky parkas. Pretty little embroidered velvet jackets in deep purple and black provided a soft (and handily reversible) foil to canvas parkas.

MUST HAVE: Eugenia Kim's playful hats

Eugenia Kim began designing hats to disguise a bad haircut in the '80s and her pieces quickly garnered attention from boutique owners in her New York neighborhood. Part of her Spring '17 collection, this Panama style is hand-woven from straw and pressed into shape. It's finished with two painted eel flowers and frayed edges.
